Learn the basic techniques for woodturning and creating unique art forms with guidance from local artist, Luis Estrada of Estrada’s Artistry. Using scrap wood from local trees, participants will create a beautiful vase to take home at the end of the session.
This adult workshop is free for South Phoenix residents, but space is limited and attendees must register in order to attend.
*Please wear closed-toed shoes and tie back long hair, as machinery and sharp tools will be used in this workshop. Eye protection and masks will be provided, but participants are welcomed to bring their own.
