Join singer and musician, Andria Bunnell, for a journey through sound while holding an intentional space for you to access your intuition, guidance, and healing abilities.
This event is free to South Central Phoenix community members, but space is limited and ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER IN ORDER TO ATTEND.
We ask that participants arrive 15 min prior to start time to set up space. ENTRY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED 15 MINUTES AFTER START TIME. As we are guiding people into deep meditation, any outside sounds are disrupting so we ask that you reschedule if you cannot make it within this time frame.
Due to the limited capacity of this event, we ask that you please inform us in advance if you have made a reservation and are unable to attend. As we are trying to provide a resource to the community, it is helpful for us to pass along the opportunity to another should you not be able to attend.
Wellness Safety Procedures: If you do not feel well or are exhibiting any symptoms of illness, please feel free to reschedule.
Wear comfortable clothing. Layers are recommended, as sometimes body temperature may fluctuate.
It is recommended to bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillow, an eye pillow etc... to make your cozy space. Please keep this to the size of a yoga mat to ensure there is space for all with comfortable distancing. Laying down is recommended, however, a comfortable folding chair is ok if laying down is not comfortable for you. ***NOTE …we will also have additional blankets available for use.***
NOTE: There will be lighting of sacred smoke at this event (Palo Santo, Sage, Copal, Sweetgrass and Tabakito). Please let us know in advance if you have a sensitivity to these and we will do our best to accommodate.
